Geboren und aufgewachsen in Freiburg zieht es Michaela Kindle Mitte der Neunziger in die USA, wo sie ein Studium der Fotografie absolviert.

Ihr Fokus liegt auf der fotografischen Inszenierung. Die heute wieder in Deutschland lebende Foto-Ku\u0308nstlerin hat ihre Leidenschaft fu\u0308rs \u201eComposing\u201c wa\u0308hrend ihrer Jahre in Los Angeles und London entdeckt und sie hat la\u0308ngst Fans und Sammler diesseits und jenseits des Atlantiks.

Mit ihren surreal anmutenden Motiven entwirft sie eine Bildwelt, die irgendwo zwischen Traum und Ma\u0308rchen angesiedelt ist. Kindles Bildprogramm entzieht sich klarer Festschreibungen, denn die Ku\u0308nstlerin entfu\u0308hrt uns in ein poetisches \u201eWunderland\u201c, das in uns Erwachsenen Kindertra\u0308ume wahr werden la\u0308sst und das Begriffe wie \u201eZeit\u201c und \u201eOrt\u201c und \u201eWirklichkeit\u201c ad absurdum fu\u0308hrt.<\/p>
